Oh Joy

Both Sam and I have double ear infections and I have a sinus infection too. The doctor gave me the wonderful news this morning that I had the worst infection he has seen in an adult. Yeah for me! My kids at school h ave resorted to getting in my face and yelling so that I can hear them. I can still hear those boogers talking when they are not supposed to though.

Sam has chosen now to refuse to take his medicine. After about a half hour of trying to get him to take his penicillin, we did get him to take it. We squeezed the syringe onto the front of his closed teeth and he took it in. Now he is probably going to have bad and stained teeth. What an ordeal. Hopefully he will remember in the morning that it tastes good and will take it.

Update!!

Last night I had I had a great set in Dallas and I'm feeling so much better in taking the chance to be a comic again. I wanted to thank Shelley once again online for her support in this time spending and money consuming effort of mine to follow my dream.

Crib

Well the time has finally come. We have known it would come for some time, but have happily lived our life with our two year old caged until that time. However, last night, I put Sam in his crib and had Happy Feet playing. I waited at our door for his cries of disdain, but they did not come. Then low and behold in ran our happy footed two year old. Alan just looked at me and asked where I put him to which I replied "his crib."

Yes the beautiful crib has come to an end. No more caged in baby. We don't have a baby anymore. WAAHHHH!

Oh well, guess we have to find those directions to convert the bed. We put it off as long as we could.

I was Wrong ...
